I have a problem with my Rem magazine extension tube.  It is coming loose with firing.  I did not think the barrel/tube clamp would work, and I know if I had this part on, it would fix my problem.  Have any of you run into this before?  If so, how was it fixed.

If I cannot find a real fix for it, I am going to sell my BPU stock kit.

Thanks.

The one I have is from Remington, and consists of two parts.  There is the collar and the tube.  The collar is not the part that is coming loose.  The part coming loose is the actual extension tube.
