The tops of the ProMags I have are extremely tight in the Badger's well and don't easily go in far enough to catch.

Anybody else have trouble with this combo?  Are mods such as taking material off the Badger's well or the ProMag's top necessary?

The promag marlin 795 mags I have needed the tabs on the magazines shaved off as well as a small piece of pvc between the magazine spring and the base plate to give more spring pressure to lock open on the last round. I can still get 24 rds in the magazines. But other than that they work great. Kudos to promag... We have needed these for a long time.
