I order from kushnapup on 4-10-2012 at that time I did not know there was any problem with kushnapup then I found the bullpup forum. if I became negative or cynical it was after reading page after page of kushnapup buyer beware.i will not make that mistake again

Here's the photo I got. I've been following this thread since its inception and also found the comments to be quite negative pertaining to Kushnapup and Bjorn Muller. So much so, that I did start wondering about the legitimacy of Bjorn. I've had my measly $200 dollars invested in a Kushnapup stock since October 2010 and been patient thereafter. I paid more attention to those posts that espoused personal dealings with Bjorn that mirrored my own. I've never had the blowouts from him that were posted in the bullpup forum and he was always very professional even when I moved and had to notify him of my change of address. I work in manufacturing myself and understood the many setbacks Bjorn had and believed them well justified. The posting of Bjorns personal correspondence to individuals seemed wrong and felt most were doing so meerly to discredit due to personal vendettas against Bjorn. The ongoing speculation as to the quality of the kits now after shipping is presumably happening at this point just shows a negative personal bias. I have no idea how these individuals corresponded with Bjorn or how fed-up Bjorn could have been (we may only have snippets of those conversations). But, reading the banter in this forum tells me a lot. I followed this thread to get good information from others with a stake in this investment and it seems that became clouded with juvenile put-downs and speculation. It's these reasons why this is my first and last post in the bullpup forum. I for one wish those who ordered from Kushnup good luck and hope Bjorn succeeds in a gun market that is deamonized, where capitalism is being assaulted, and small businesses strained by government. Those in the manufacturing business understand how hard getting a product to market is these days. Try it yourselves - if you dare. I'm pullimg for the little guy here.

Goodbye and have fun with Bjorn. Hope the Kushnapup is great.
This website gave Kushnapup the benefit of the doubt MUCH longer then many other websites.

Good and fair post alec_f1, but to Mr. Absolutes point, I didn't turn negative, until I was cussed and threatened. I tried to help and help, but found the experience frustrating. And I don't apologize for becoming negative after my last encounter with Bjorn.

So capitalism depends on a free market, which works in both directions.

Good luck with your product, and as a Bullpup, I hope it's either a great success, or clears the market very quickly!

Good post Sgt P we all know how many time you tried to help Bjorn out and give him the benifit of the dought untill the last contact you had with him he's the one that brought all this upon himself with his piss poor customer service and emails. And a merly $200 thats funny sence there was over 1800 pre orders in his own words that over $360K and it still taking this long I deal with fabricators every week with new ideas that can have them to the market in less than two months and alot less cash.

Ok,

Sgt P made this forum, this site for general information and he is a solid character who does not form these forums for bantering or negativity. If you want someone to blame for being negative then you can come talk to me. Bjorn is a jackass and nothing can change that.

You know what else I believe Alec? I believe that you are Bjorn and created a fictitious account in a failed attempt to defend your sorry character of a man. Why do I say that? Your language, typo's and sentence structures appear awfully similar to the thousands of correspondence I have amassed between Bjorn and his customers. I also know that you have used different computers to make different accounts while your in different locations making fictitious accounts on numerous websites to appear that a customer is defending you.

The estate of Bjorn is a complete failure and he is a retard with an outstanding idea. Who is to say those boxes actually have a product? There are lots of idiots who make it successfully in the gun industry. One being Ed Brown as he treats his customer the same way Bjorn does. Todd Bailey is by far the worst I have seen yet he makes what most of us dream about.

Nothing will change what the retard did with most of the money he received and thats why his ass is in a sling. you can blame manufacturing all you want but the truth is an eager up and company would have got this done in half the time with half the money. well i change that because Bjorn did get it done with less than half the money but not in a good way.

I know if I had that amount of money, his patent I would have shipped product awhile back. The guy is an idiot and he literally calls his customers idiots, retards, derpa derps and loves to cut them down. he even went as far as to release more than a few peoples private and personal information on the internet.

defend him all you want with your newly registered account but most of us can see through you. you come in here with pictures making lavish statements. hmmm where exactly did you get those pictures? when there have been thousands of request to Bjorn for pictures and videos to show where he is with all these products how exactly did you come across pictures? when many do not have access to pictures how is it that you have that special privelage? its just like the other accounts he created, that are no longer active, that would post pictures and defending Bjorn.

in my mind i feel he is an idiot and a complete waste of money. but nothing i can do about it except gripe and thats just what ill do. i am glad his antics spawned a new stock in the works. this has cost him his monopolistic operation because now he has competitors.

My correspondence with Bjorn has been courteous and friendly. It's difficult for the negativity from the boards to not seep in. It's contagious.

I've never met him in person but was sent a prototype (non production plastic) about a month ago. I went through the installation manual and gave him some feedback. I've been on the pre-order list since fall of 2010 (since I heard about Kushnapup from the Firearms Blog). I posted a short video online and was threatened with legal action for supporting him. Unfounded and ridiculous; like suing a movie critic for reviewing a movie that is never released to theaters. A quick search on the users that posted negative comments led me here. So I guess, thanks for that; I like bullpups and here is a place to learn from other's experience.

Coincidentally we live in the same state. That said, the prototype wasn't shipped to me from Utah either. On all firearms and all conversions there are pros and cons. I prepared a lot of photos of the installation, step by step photos but have waited for him to allow the release of the photos. I've respected his decision on this. I agreed to not release information prior to shipping.

I am primarily vocalizing my experience because my experiences have mostly mirrored what I've seen posted but my reaction is different.

Bjorn has made many mistakes along the way. I can't pretend to believe I know what they all are. However, I think everyone would agree that his emails and updates are a public relations disaster and have done little to instill confidence in being shipped a product in a timely manner. I've watched people I know try to produce something in a similar manner. For one person, or even a handful of people to try to get something off the ground usually resulted in parts manufacturers delaying over and over and over again. The worst I've seen is a friend that used to own a speaker manufacturing business where everything was contracted out. It ruined them.

I have no argument against the immaturity of some responses. And I sympathize with the anger and frustration many of you have had. But me personally, I've cut him slack. These are my opinions and I am not in any way a business partner.

Hopefully he finds no offense to my post and no one here gains to much rage at my post. I'd like to stick around awhile. This looks like a good place.

I've seen the Ed Brown videos and I don't know what to think except maybe he really just hates people. I purchased several of Todd's guns under numerous names. I'm a fool. Not one of them works well.

Kelgren, of KelTec, has decades of experience with manufacturing. He started in Sweden before he brought the Tec-9 design to America. He has much more complicated designs but I've only just seen the KSG make it to my local gun shop.

Great posts AGC!

There are always two sides to a story (sometimes more than that!)

I'm anxious (just as I've been for the last couple of years) for the Kushnapup to get shipped, and let the customers review it.

Let us know your experience from Prototype to Production once you have it in hand. It's a Bullpup, and potentially satisfying a need (Saiga, semi-auto shotgun, etc). No one should rage on anyone that is expressing an opinion or experience.

I plan to post three videos: Assembly, shooting including opinions, and final review including complaints. I have no opinions on firing the weapon itself nor do I have any high-cap magazines. And anyone who has seen my recent youtube video knows that my Saiga-12 hates the five round magazine it came with.

I love your videos!

If you don't mind, here's the out-takes one with the Kushnapup:

http://www.youtube.com/v/6WCtqURzUPs?version=3&hl=en_US&rel=0

I don't think the mag issue was the stocks fault... Wink

« Reply #94 on: May 05, 2012, 10:59:19 PM »

i must have signed up for a e mail when they get in stock, like a yr ago,and just got this e mail lol..

Has everyone had enough waiting? Does anyone somehow feel like you’ve been
experimented on? You weren’t…
Those of you who may have had a change of address which haven't contacted us in this
amount of time will have to put in a change of address at your post office. There is no
need to respond to this message. Should you have any questions before placing an order
at this time please read through the FAQ section on our website as it already has your
question answered.
Just hope you’ve all gotten your Saiga-12 Shotguns by now. We paved right over a
couple of companies and made a road for the rest of us to travel on, the quick & easy way
to do a Saiga-12 conversion now! In the amount of time waiting for a pre order to come
through that wasn’t ever supposed to be revealed to the public, it has been nearly the
same amount of time that a Saiga gunsmith takes for you to get your Saiga-12 back from
them.. Now for less than half their price, you can do it yourself in no time at all!
For $275 an order we are shipping right now! Yes that’s right, WE ARE IN FULL
SUPPLY and now ship Kushnapup Stocks 6 days a week! Looking for a deal? Get
yours first before someone else gets the last one before you. RIGHT HERE! MADE IN
THE USA! 100% 922r complaint, ATF approved! The days of signing over and
surrendering your firearm for someone else to work on are over. How you use this
product is up to YOU to decide, whether it be for collection, home defense or just plain
sporting!
Ironically during pre order, it was like boot camp, some people just got weak knees
and fell out. Those of you, a majority standing here with us now who have held strong to
your orders, this is our true glory! The future is to those who make it. Who would have
known that something like this required the patenting of a proprietary blend of high
strength industrial jackhammer plastic resins to sustain the recoil of 3" magnum 12 gauge
rifled slugs fired in rapid succession.. Hoorah!
No other product or company offers you what we do! Enjoy your surprise gift
included, we put in all we had for everyone.. Now under the current circumstances of the
economy, who else would do this for you? …The answer is NOBODY!!!
Congratulations everyone who have withstood through the tests of time, you are the
very best… It is only you who have received this message. Any delay’s have only
resulted in higher quality. The reason why there were so many nay Sayers along the way
is because a product like this just doesn’t come around to often. We hope to see you all
again in the future. And to those who doubted us along the way... TUFF LUCK! WE
TOLD YOU SO!

Special thanks to everyone from,

I still find it quite hilarious. Even when they promote their product on this forum they still bash customers.

Nothing will ever change my mind about these retards.

That video does show a nice looking stock but I think it says enough. screwing around with that mag and seeing how closely it binds up against the pistol grip is enough for me to make a permanent choice. I will say in the beginning i was awe struck by the stock. But Bjorn single handedly destroyed the image of this company.

Well for me my entire wait and religious visit to this forum was to see if the stock would ever ship. well it did but after seeing Bjorn post the personal information of a customer on a public website it convinced me not to ever do business with this jackwagon.

the stock shipped....yay! haha....well technically it did right?

but on a side note i joined this forum to keep updated on Bjorn and ended up becoming an investigative reporter.

but after seeing the other bullpup stocks on this site i am a loyal fan now. I am anxious to see what Ronin will do with his Saiga Bullpup stock. I am also interested in the other bullpup stocks.

I agree, if you don't have the customer service skills, hire someone who does. There is a lot of competition out there and his isn't the best design, as a matter of fact , it's still unproven as nobody has one or has put it through the paces yet.

I'm just wondering if anyone's stock has arrived. I likewise received an email this weekend saying shipping has started. I don't mean to sound cynical, but It almost seemed too good to be true. hopefully someone out there has theirs by now. Thanks

I thought it said he was shipping starting this past Monday? It's only Wednesday. I'm sure someone will chime in as soon as they receive it.
