Has anybody painted their stock? I have seen threads and pics of hydro dipping, but has anyone just painted theirs?

If yes, what did you use?

I plan on using rust oleum camo paint like I did on this other stock. I'll post a picture later if anyone is interested. I only bought this stock in the meantime until my rjf stock came. I'm still waiting on delivery...

Thanks! I've put the receiver in the stock since. Got her bore sighted in so now I just need some range time and she will be dialed in!

I think durakote is going to be sturdier than spray paint. I'd rather go with hydro dipping. I think the fatigue the spray paint will see will patina nicely wih my camo, so it's fine if it gets messed up. It adds to the character of the firearm! Unless keeping it on a shelf is your intended goal?
