Are Tavors and other firearms welcome at this gathering?

I took my PS90 and MSAR last year but only shot it a little bit during the show. Too much to see. But was able to shoot my MSAR in the match the next day.

Vendors were there selling parts too. I picked up the Lightening from K&M while I was there.

There seems to be some date differences between main page and "General Shoot Info."
Date range and year are different. Must be from last year?

I'm developing a 2-stage trigger for the Tavor.  I have a rough prototype now, and will likely have something functional by the time the bullpup shoot rolls around, so I'll sign up as an exhibitor.  It might be a big table with just one little product to display, and nothing to sell yet, but it'll still be a fun weekend talking about guns.

There were kids there last year, I do not believe there are any age restrictions.

This might be a strange request, but I'm interested in "seminars" and/or classes while at the Bullpup Shoot. As an example, I would like to learn how to properly handle various malfunctions that might happen with the Tavor or stripping and cleaning or any number of other drills/practice sessions. Its probably not practical to provide sufficient time for long term learning, but it does at least introduce new experiences as well as something you can take home.

The reason I am thinking about this is the presence of the people with the knowledge and skills all in one place at the same time. It would be a shame to waste the opportunity.

 2 cents

There was a guest speaker there last year that was sponsored by Steyr. He did some brief tutorials on a couple of methods and answered questions.

I was expecting some sort of live fire training when I read about it beforehand but that wasn't the case.

I have no idea what is in store for this year.

For those that have been to Park City, Kentucky in the fall:

  • What's it like?
  • Any good resturants?
  • How about night spots? Jazz? Blues?
  • How about good bars (some quiet and some not so much)? Is this a dry county?
  • Any sights to see other than Mammoth Cave/Park?

I'm from Park City, Utah and I'd be surprised if the two had anything in common other than tourists.

It's a nice country setting. The area is dry but the Lodge sells alcohol. There was a live band there last year. The Lodge has a restaurant and serves steak etc.Bowling Green is 20 miles away and is wet.It has some attractions. We went to the Corvette Museum last year and it was pretty nice.
