I just picked up an AUG A3, 2nd owner.  It's got a duracoat camo finish, kinda ugly but I think it will grow on me.

I am thoroughly impressed with Steyr's design, ease of disassembly & reassembly!  It has truly been built from the ground up with the user in mind.  The engineering is ingenious and the owners manual goes above and beyond!

The nice thing about duracoat finishes is when you get bored with them, just sand them down a bit and re-shoot it with a different pattern or color.  This was the second go-round I did on my Aug.  It came out better than the "professional" job I had done a couple years ago on my USR.  I am getting ready to re-do that one, digital camo again, but maybe a "ghost" pattern of greys or greens.  Note the cut on the front of the 2020 rail required to clear the M4-2000.

My neighbor was brave enough to let me experiment on his AR.  He was stoked with the result.  The matte finish clear coat is really cool too, leaves a neat texture which doesn't seem to wear down.

It kinda looks like a Zeiss with a sunshade. Maybe a newer model?

She's pretty basic at this point, but hey, I just got her. First accessory is the sling. Many more to come I'm sure. Glad to be a part of the bullpup community!

I'm always a little jelly of you guys with your A1s. I didn't really have the funds to get into the bullpup game until recently, so I'm stuck with my A3 M1. I picked up a Switchback Micro from Manticore Arms. Massive improvement over the stock CH. Debating picking up a longer barrel to make use of match ammo. Sorry for the dull tabletop photos. I'll get some glamour shots in the wild eventually!

UPDATE:
Still haven't figured out a new place to take photos, but I did get my new 20 inch barrel from Pete over the weekend. Keeping the setup two-tone for now, planning on taping or cerakoting the front grip at some point to match.

My (vltor) A3. I will be buying the 2020 or Steyr rail this week for the M900LT 1K lumen. Love it on my SCAR, but it seems that it will extend beyond the barrel a bit. Also the tan vs. black AUG. Ah well, I am not big on aesthetics.

Making a few revisions to my current setup. A light will be getting mounted on that rail space in the front.

Took this out, waiting for a new charging handle. I am still amazed at the simplicity of design, the flow of the lines in this firearm. Always advised folks getting into bullpups, get one that's battle tested. The Aug is and will be a mainstay in the collection.

Here is my latest Duracoat paint job.  This is based on the "Splinter" pattern.  Let me know what you think !!

Nice job. Definitely based on the Swedish splinter pattern.
