That is sightmark's version of this type of scope. They armored it up. I put the mueller (Pic)  my KSG because it has a longer battery life, at least that what I found when I researched back then. The tavor has a XPS2-0 which is waiting for a G33 to mate with. Pics soon hopefully Smiley

$200 red dot on a $2000 rifle? If you can afford the gun and the ammo, why can't you afford a good optic?

Some people get it, some people don't. It's peculiar  that so many second amendment gun loving americans are so quick to sell out american or european quality for chinese junk. The Irony....

you guys have got some wonderful Tavors in this thread, congrats to all.

I was hoping to get one, but I'm a little late. Everywhere I've called is backordered on them. What seems to be the most popular model and barrel length so that I can avoid that one and maybe give myself a better chance and getting called up on a waiting list, even though I'm sure they're all almost equally as popular.

Thanks for info Smiley congrats again.

I've seen/gotten more Black 16.5" Tavors than anything. They're like a size 11 men's shoe though. They're the most common and sell really fast.

Thanks for the reply! So would a 16.5 FDE one be easier or harder to find then? Thanks again, I appreciate it. I'm willing to get whatever I can find, IDF Model, etc. preferably a 16.5 tan - I don't really see 'much' of a benefit to the 18", unless of course there's something else I'm not aware of.

I think you got a better chance of getting the Black still. On the average the FDE goes for a little more too.

This.

FDE guns are harder to get than black guns. The black guns are much easier to find. In fact, in my experience hunting for one, I would say that the black 16.5" guns are going to be the easiest to find - I've lost track of how many people have been trying to get rid of their 16.5" black guns, trying to get one in FDE or get one in black first, then find one in FDE, and sell the black one. Then either the 16.5" FDE or the 18" black with the 18" FDE being the hardest.

Please excuse the bench clutter. Shot a couple pics yesterday while waiting for the range to go cold to retrieve the chrony. Phone pics with poor lighting  Enough with the excuses - the model is sexy enough to make up for the photographer.

Yes, ASC left, side 50 yard line. For the non locals, the right half of the 50 yard lanes shares the 100 yard berm - so they erected a wall making those lanes unusable by anything with a hicap magazine.

Before I get flamed..... This one is Tavor is my girlfriends and she wanted to do something different. I have one in FDE but now that I this one I actually really like it. We got the idea from the movie District 9. now all we need is the 9mm conversion and this thing is GTG....

That's different. I like it better than pink or neon green.
