Sold the MARS sight and had to replace it. Remembered wanting the OPMOD TAN Strikefire when I first got the Tavor. They did not have it on stock for a looooong time but they do now! Not IDF but it's a color match and it co-witnesses!

The Strikefire II OPMOD looks nice but this may be the final optic for this Tavor.....and it's a perfect co-witness again!

Sorry for the low quality IPhone picture, even with post processing I couldn't do much with it.  I figured it's finally time to put up a photo of my Tavor which I've had for about 2 years now.  Hahaha.

The modifications are the GearHeadWorks short razorback rail, their taller front sight post, Troy rear BUIS, Trijicon MRO with a Geissele mount (strongly recommended), Surefire Scout light, Geissele trigger group pack (strongly recommended), and the aftermarket butt pad (can't recall who makes it).  Oh, and a Surefire muzzle break mounted on the 18" barrel group.  My rifle originally came with a 16.5" barrel, but I replaced it almost immediately.

How do u like the short razorback rail? Do you have the GHW front sight post?
I have one and I'm trying to install the front sight post and it's a pain in the Ass.

For anyone that doesn't already have the folding charging handles for the Tavor from Gear Head...you're missing out. I pity the man that wants one when the supply dries up.

It took a while to get one as they are often sold out... but I agree it is a must have for Tavor and should be OEM.  Good job GHW!

I'm thinking about getting the folding charging handle.
How has it been holding up?
And the longer rail system, it doesn't seem to get in the way when the handle is folded down.
And one kind of rail is that?

After several thousand rounds downrange in training, classes and competition the X95 is in this current form:
Geissele LB trigger
SS sling
Pistol grip
Mepro RDS/ EoTech G33 magnifier (Leupold VX6 1-6 for competition)
FAB defense speedlight/Magpul scout mount
VG6 Gamma brake ( pinned & welded)
IDF thin buttplate
About how many rds do I have through the x95?
How many malfunctions did u have?

4600+ downrange with no malfunctions except for those induced by instructors with a stick in the breach during live fire malfunction clearing drills.

Just the green part.

It was a paid for as a gift from a couple of friends and done by a local gun store. Pretty sure it was 200.

Sorry for my delayed response, I just saw your question.  I absolutely love the short razorback rail, folding charging handle, and tall front sight post, all from GHW.  He makes great stuff!  But yes, the front sight post was a ROYAL pain in the a$$ to instal.  Hahaha
