Looked through IWI 2013 Catalog and didn't see any listings for accessories.  Does anyone know if IWI is planning on making a soft case (like the Steyr AUG A3 softcase) for the Tavor?  Think black 33'' by 14'', multi-pocket, soft case, with the IWI logo in red and white.   Anyone in the know have any info?

I looked once before and found this one. It should work at 30" L X 13" H X 4" D, but the height may be close:

It comes in black and OD. Model SERT-TCC30

Looked through IWI 2013 Catalog and didn't see any listings for accessories.
Accessories are listed on page 7 of the catalog.  I'm sure an IWI soft case is far down on their list of priorities right now.

I am sure it is a low priority and down on their list, on the other hand, this is the kind of item you outsource to a 3rd party and have ready for a launch.   Grin

Just put your Tavor in a duffle bag for discreet carry. Wal-Mart has a 30 inch roller duffle bag
that has a bottom zippered compartment that fits a 29 inch Aug CQC perfectly with a telescopic
handle for pull carrying, and a zippered large storage area above the bottom compartment
with a couple of side pockets. The brand name is Protege. I absolutely love this discreet
bag for $29.00.

Is anyone else thinking about putting it into a Pelican case? I was thinking about getting one for my Scar since I'm traveling to a training class in November. I figure I might as well get an extra cutout for the Tavor because I'd love to attend on of the Mako Group classes with it.

Would be ok for the 26 inch Tavor, but not the 28 inch Tavor since the covert bag is 27.5
inches. Price is $139.99

I have a 31 inch Ak that fits fine. I just place it at a slight angle.

Bulldog has a navy blue discreet case 28 inches wide for around $40.00 that should fit
the 26 inch Tavor, but doesn't have the shoulder carry strap. I keep my HK MP5 .22lr in
one, but it was too small for the Aug3.

Condor makes a 28" soft case with a shoulder strap on the back. I think it's about $40-$50 for it.

18.5" Canadian Tavor. It is not just the length that is the issue, but also the height with optics attached.

A soft case was also provided at time of purchase, however it also does not accommodate optics.

Yes you can.

My two sense is that a case 1" higher and 3" longer would be perfect.

So around 13" in height and 31" in length. (No mag)
