Hello All! This is my first post. I hope you guys can maybe help me with this Panzer Gen 2 Bullpup!

I ordered this Panzer 12ga. Bullpup Shotgun Gen 2 from DK FireArms on
January 5, 2021. It has a 1 year warrantee. I received a lemon
of a shotgun. The shotgun will not cycle. I have all kinds of
different ammo and still won't cycle the ammo.
( See List Of Ammo I have tried to use ( See Below )
I have sent this shotgun to Panzer USA. Which is Located at
a gunshop called Dan's Sporting Goods #84, Route380
Apollo, PA 15613. Phone 724.727.2648.

I sent Panzer Arms repair shop to a person name Marc. He was really
nice for the help. Now the bad thing about Panzer Arms service center

is that they "ONLY WORK ON PANZER WEAPONS EVERY OTHER FRIDAY! It took them 2 mos. to get my shotgun back that is B.S.!!!  Now I got my shotgun back and it still won't cycle. Marc at Panzer Service center told me to get some Sterling Buckshot 2 3/4, 1-3/16 oz. 9 pellet shot. He told me he used this ammo  for testing. It still won't cycle. Marc said to send it back to him. I asked him if he would pay for the shipping since the shotgun is still defective. He said no!. I paid $35 for the shipping and $25 for the FFL. Total $60.

I had Contacted DK Firearms where I bought the shotgun and I told
them the issues I had with this shotgun. I told them I did not
want a refund I just wanted a new shotgun.

Linda At DK Firearms stated:

"Ron, we apologize for the issues you are having and forwarded
all your information to Panzer Arms. We understand your frustration,
but unfortunately we can not help you with this any further since we
are just a importer of that shotgun".

So it looks like I may have to pay another $60 to pay for shipping
for a shotgun that was supposed to be fixed in the first place.
So I kinda feel I am getting ripped off IMHO.

Here is the list of Ammo I tried and still won't Cycle:
1. Low Velocity MIN. 1150 fps to 1350 FPS
2. HIgh Velocity 1375 to 1500 fps

With High Velocity Gas Piston!

Federal Speed shock 12 gauge, 2 3/4,  1 1/8 oz., 1500fps.
Would not cycle

Remington Sportsman Hi-Speed Steel, 12 Gauge, 2 3/4" 1 1/4 oz., 1400 fps
Would not cycle
-------------------
With Low Velocity Gas Piston!

Winchester 12 gauge.,  2 3/4", 1290fps,  1oz., 1290 fps
Would not cycle

Federal Premium 12 gauge, 2 3/4, 1 1/8 oz., 7.5 shot, 1145 fps
Would not cycle

Sterling 00 Buckshot 12 gause, 2 3/4, 1 3/16 oz., 1330 fps.
Would not cycle

As you can see I have had nothing but problems with this
Panzer 12 gauge bullpup shotgun.

I am located in Oregon. Now as far as my Bullpup I feel it's a serious gas problem and some brass shells are expanding therby the shell gets stuck in the breach.

Hello Hozer,
I have the exact same issue! I have even sent it in to Mark for service! Mark said it cycles fine... I've spent around $450 now on 1 box of this, and one box of that. I've tried about 30 different 12 GA. loads and it still will not cycle. I've even tried thoroughly cleaning the gas ports. Still wont cycle. Occasionally I can get 2 shots off before it fails to extract and I'm digging an empty shell out with a pocket knife. Did you ever get the problem resolved? Please help, im stuck with a useless shotgun
