Pretty much my thoughts after I shot mine.

Smooth action, trigger and mag release with on-spec accuracy performance with M80 ball...on-the-fly gas adjustability...

"If you are looking for a .308 in a compact package that is built like tank...this is definitely the one to go with"

MDR: hunting, range gun
T7: serious use

No one has able to answer this question I've been asking people have shot the t7.

Where does the excess gas escapes? Does shot back into the rifle like the sar21 and x95?

Or does it shot outside of the rifle? Like toward the front of the muzzle area?

Funny, I was just thinking they should have done that for the x95 when they went from the IDF open top rail to the newer current closed top rail.

Toward the front or back of the rifle?

Top of the gas block...so front of the rifle...

It is a short stroke piston on the T7...so it wents forward....the Tavor SAR/X95 is a short length, long stroke...vents at the rear of the rifle...

T7 design is much better...but the linage of the SAR/X95 goes back to the Galil...

I watched your video - thank you.  How much does your T 7 weigh as shipped.  Iíve heard weights from 9 lbs to 9 lbs 12 oz. seems heavy?  As for accuracy MAC stated 1.34 moa for 150 grain.  Do you have data for 168s?  I ask because Iím on the fence between selling my KM Arms M17S 308 and getting a T 7 or rebarrel and design a new safety for the KM.  The KM shoots the 168 quit well - 1 - 1.25 moa, weighs a tad over 8 Iíve.  Would like the best of both.

No experience with match ammo on mine...but it shots 1.5 MOA with XM80...

My Tavor 7 with a tank US Optics 1-6 weighs right at 10lbs
