Imagine a forward pistol grip on this gun connected to a collar that surrounds the tubes.

Once your first 5 (+1) shots are expended, the action locks open.
You push the tube release button, then rack the forward grip like a pump shotgun - which rotates the tubes. It gets to the next tube at the end of the cycle, the tubes lock up, and a fresh round is automatically loaded into the chamber (as already designed).

This doesn't have to be an IWI design into the gun. This could be an aftermarket upgrade.

I'm imagining a cylindrical 3-tube housing with a "wishbone" groove front to back along the outside.  The collar contains a protrusion that rides along the wishbone groove, rotating the tubes.

Pulling back would rotate halfway, 60 degrees, and pushing forward would rotate the other half, 60 degrees, to get to the next tube.

If possible, a switch on the forward grip (or collar) would indicate which direction the tubes rotate.
