New to the forum.  Greetings to everyone.

Words can't accurately describe the extend Andy is willing to go to help a customer. I've been in the service industry and management all my life, I can truly attest he takes customer service to new height.

From 1600 miles away, he answered questions in matter of seconds at anytime of day and any day of the week. The biggest pain is the ATF paperwork but the rest is a breeze.  Form 4 done n Trust established. Suppressor is next.  I'm going to get one for my wife soon.

Good looking P90/22 Bravozulu.

I completed my build last week and the fit and finish on the P90/22 was impressive. No rattle or loose parts. It is a solid well thought out little rifle.

I agree with everything you said on excellent customer support. In my build I didn't look close enough at step #9 and ran into a minor issue. HTA got back with me within minutes....I mean minutes and I made the simple correction and everything runs fine. Who does that?

I have nothing but good things to say bout the HTA team and their product.

The only issues I had were inadvertently taking the trigger assembly completely apart while installing the extended mag release....not sure what I did but most off the pieces started dropping out 😂.  Once everything was put back in place, the pins were loose and kept sliding out of the slots so I had to use electrical tape to cover them. Thinking of doing the next one with BX trigger. Anyone here had experience with it?

I have the BX-TRIGGER and love it!  Great upgrade to the 10/22!
