I`ve been reading and searching but there are a lot of comments and usually every topic goes off topic regarding accuracy rather than ammo choice lol.

So i ordered my x95 yesterday and some magazines today.
Now i need your help for ammo choice.

I`m not crazy about accuracy considering x95/tavor wasn`t made for competition shooting. 3-3.5 moa is perfectly fine for me in 100 yards

What i want to know is:
what brands and weights would you suggest as cleanest (less carbon build) and most reliable ammo in <.40c pricing?
a-what would you suggest for target practice/fun <=100yards (again clean and reliable)
b- what would you suggest for home defense/perimeter defense maybe hunting situations. <=100 yards

stuff that won`t fragment, explode on impact, over penetrate or ricochet

+1 on the IMI.  I have also had good luck with Federal Lake City M193 and in M855.  55 and 62 grain, of course.

I've been using Federal and Wolf Gold 55gn and Magtech 62gn. All have been flawless and the accuracy seems to be the same. I've been putting 2MOA, and better, groups consistently when shot from a rest or prone.

More importantly to you, they've all been about the same as far as cleanliness. Sure, there's some carbon build up, but this gun doesn't seem to collect a lot.

PPU 75gr BTHP is a great HD round that fragments partially and expands to ~12-13" in bare gel. Around 50 cents a round pretty good. Gold dots (60ish cents/rnd) are good too but do penetrate a bit further, 16-18 ish, no fragmenting 99-100% weight retention. Far as clean rounds anything but steel, imo. I use whatever is cheapest. Saving $$$ by just cleaning my gun like I should anyway makes me not care if it's clean ammo, unless I wanted to shoot thousands of rounds without cleaning in a combat zone or something lol.
