Just came home with my new 40th anniversary AUG  Grin. I have one question. What is the little nipple/nub on the charging handle do? The manual that came with it is a standard A3 one and does not address it. Thanks in advance.  Joe

Forward assist. Depressing and holding the button locks the charging handle to the carrier rod.
