The Firearm Blog has a review of the MDR up. (I haven't read it yet.)

http://www.thefirearmblog.com/blog/2017/11/14/review-desert-tech-mdr-finally/

Edit: I read the article. Not much of a "review". We've seen a lot more information from other sources.

I saw this but decided against posting it. I agree it barely has any information.

Once again, putting a target down range and showing typical groups is some amazing complex task.  Totally unreasonable to expect someone to try that with a $2500 rifle they've waited 3 years to get from a precision rifle company.

You can do this yourself in your profile settings.  Just check the box that says 'Hide my email address from public'.

For the most part - your satirical statement is actually correct.  There has been precious little posted, and even less posted from people who are considered as leaders on gun reviewing (eg. TFB; MAC; etc)

This should be remedied tomorrow. I should be heading to the range around 10am with two MDR's, 40 rounds of 7.62 FGGM 175g, and some fresh targets. I will sand bag each rifle for a 100yd group and post pictures when I get back into civilization. (I have no cell coverage at my range.)

Interesting in their rifle has the Chinese (presumably) $99-ish (going from memory) red-dot.

Whatever happened to that optic as an actual offering?
(or any other viable option for the seemingly 2x pic slot rail)

Is this close enough?

 Excited!

I'm looking forward to your report, Sdevante.

Any chance we could get a picture of the original handguard next to the suppressor handguard? I'm curious how much my suppressor will recess under the handguard. Maybe we could get a picture of where the barrel ends under the suppressor handguard.

Thank you.
