I have two E4's that will not release the mag. I failed to send the rifles back to MSAR for the recall before they went out of business. MT has been no help. Ratworx suggested hitting the forums to try and find two metal mag catches as they are all out. Anyone know where to locate this part? Thanks!

Marfione sold his personal STG-E4(rifle has his family name on it instead of a serial number) to another licensed dealer in February 2017 at the Vero Beach gun show after ignoring the recall the weapon had on it years ago. Sounds extremely unethical to me but it seems to be the Microtech way. High end prices, low end products. Buyer beware or at least do some research and find all the negative things about them for yourself.

Email/message Swen at manticore arms, met him and his crew at the NRA convention a few weeks ago. Great guy.  A few people are also interested and need those parts. He might do a run if he has enough people.

They are selling a prototype reinforced resign mag catch release for $30- the next problem is the funcky MT screws with their own design.  And a decent tutorial on how to put it in would be nice-I hate to start unscrewing stuff  without some directions.
